My absolute favourite end of the day relaxing beauty routine.
 
I keep my stone beside my bed along with a jar of Plant & Share calendula cream and massage my face as I lie on my shakti mat in bed.
 
I notice that my skin appears more plump, my jaw and cheekbones are more defined, and my face is far less puffy with daily use. 
 
Please note, these stones contain imperfections - dark flecks and orange tinges throughout the pink rose quartz. See images.
